The time came for me to change my car, and the thought of trawling through endless listings and trying to figure out what to even look for felt overwhelming. I wanted to buy a car fairly quickly and within a limited budget.
I asked Ross for help to do this. Right from the start, the process was straightforward and far less stressful than doing it on my own.
Ross listened to what I needed and researched cars to meet my needs and wants, and made a shortlist of suitable cars for me. Within a couple of weeks of the first phone call, I bought a SEAT Ibiza within my budget.
Ross also gave really helpful advice on what to do with my existing car, and the support didn't stop once the deal was done.
I'd recommend him absolutely without hesitation to anyone who wants to skip the overwhelm and have great support to find the right car.

I can't say enough good things about Ross! After a really stressful experience with a dodgy dealer, I was completely stuck- I had no idea how to choose a car, no time to search for one, and yet our family desperately needed wheels to get around rural Devon.
Ross was an absolute godsend. He put together an in-depth shortlist of options and was so patient and kind with me, even when family pressures meant I took ages to get back to him. He totally respected my budget and gave such thoughtful advice about what type of car would work best for us.
His research was so thorough that we only ended up needing to see one car and it was exactly right for us; in really great condition, good value for money and suits our needs perfectly. He even came along to view it with me and supported me through the whole purchase process.
Now we finally have a car and can get around again and the whole family is absolutely thrilled!
